Several days ago a sign appeared on the Newnan Pie Five Pizza’s door stating that the restaurant is currently closed for equipment repairs. The message reads in full, “Closed for equipment repairs, be back to normal hours asap. Thanks for your understanding.”
The Pie Five Pizza Facebook page confirmed this morning that the Newnan location has closed. The message received reads, “Yes, our Newnan location has recently closed, all other locations can be found here: http://www.piefivepizza.com/locations.”
According to a spokesperson for Riverwood Properties, which manages the Newnan Festival center, they are looking for a replacement, as Pie Five Pizza’s lease at 311 Bullsboro Drive, Suite 190, Newnan, Georgia, will expire soon. The pizza restaurant opened in September 2015.
