Family-owned Fong’s Asian Market truly offers the authentic Chinese cuisine experience in downtown Villa Rica. Utilizing her Cantonese cooking skills, Chef Fong creates highly flavorful, savory entrees. She opened Fong’s Asian Market restaurant in March of 2020. Before Villa Rica, she had owned a similarly styled restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand, for years.
All of her homemade soups are traditional Cantonese style, as are her veggie and seafood rolls. We recently made a trip to Villa Rica from Carrollton and tried the rolls for ourselves; they were so yummy!
Some of the most popular entrees are the Bang Bang Chicken, Stir Fry Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. The Stir Fry Chicken is a mix of broccoli, carrots, onion, and water chestnuts in a light sauce. All entrees are homemade, using fresh ingredients with a choice of fried or steamed rice, and absolutely no MSG.
