It’s said that you’ll know a business will thrive if it survives the first five years, and that’s exactly what 213 on Main Boutique in Dallas, Georgia, has done. Celebrating their anniversary a few weeks back, owner Tonya Cole threw a 20%-off sale which attracted her favorite part about her business: her customers.
“I’ve been able to stay open through a lot of craziness and survived four other boutiques in the downtown area,” Cole states grimly. But she adds that her favorite part about running this boutique is watching downtown Dallas grow and develop.

The shop has garnered favoritism among the locals. Some of their online reviews cite a clean and tasteful environment, great customer service, and adorable clothing — evidence that not only does Cole care about what she sells, but how.
Cole shares that her daughter, Haley, runs most of the show now. She’s proud of who her daughter’s become and how she manages the business. Both Tonya and Haley have cultivated a special environment local women can visit and feel seen and cherished.
213 has even hosted fashion shows annually within their shop since its conception. Partnering with Paris Mountain Photography, the boutique hosts the fashion show for local high school seniors who invite the public to attend for a fee. Those attendance fees go toward a charity of the teens’ choosing. Cole states that this past February the show raised money for a local animal shelter. The fashion show has been a huge success, creating a cozy and safe place where women and girls can feel beautiful and seen the duo emphasize.
