Authentic Italian Restaurant to Move to Senoia from PTC

For the past thirteen years Borgo Italia has served Peachtree City with the most authentic Italian dishes and wines. Now looking to the years to come, owners Cristiana and Alessandro Folchitto are delighted to break into the Senoia scene.

“While we will miss the beautiful Peachtree City, we can’t wait to experience the amazing vibe of Senoia and become a staple when it comes to authentic Italian food and wine!” Cristiana exclaims.

Not only will the restaurant enjoy a location shift, it will also feature a freshly bolstered menu, including a full bar with specialty cocktails and wines.

Borgo Italia proudly showcases Italy’s various local dishes by periodically adding limited-time menus. Most recently for Christmas, siblings Cristiana and Alessandro created a menu including dishes like Smoked salmon involtini with goat cheese and herbs paired with Ronchi di Pietro Sauvignon Blanc. If you thought that was fancy, check out their Facebook page for all their seasonal updates!

This past Thanksgiving, to show thanks and to honor their mother, Tiziana, who inspired them to start this restaurant, Borgo Italia invited those who had no one to spend a meal with to join them at the Thanksgiving table. Additionally, they provided first responders with a free meal on September 11th.

The restaurant will be posting updates on its move on their socials. Stay tuned in the next coming months!

“I simply adore our new beautiful patio and the feel that Senoia conveys,” Cristiana shares. “It’s smalltown America, but classy and quaint and with a range of beautiful places offering high quality and refined food and products.”You can view Borgo Italia’s menu and catering options on their website at www.borgoitaliaptc.com.
