Community Foundation of West Georgia to Host The Connector LIVE! Community Update

The Community Foundation of West Georgia (CFWG) is pleased  to announce The Connector LIVE!, a special community update event for The  Connector initiative. This event will take place on Monday, September 30th, 2024,  at 9:00 AM at the Richard D. Tisinger Community Center, located at Carroll EMC.

The Connector is an innovative platform aimed at linking those in need with local  nonprofit agencies that can provide assistance. Through this initiative, the  Community Foundation of West Georgia has been working diligently to streamline  the process of connecting resources with those who need them most, fostering a  more supportive and resilient community.

The Connector LIVE! will provide an opportunity for the community to learn about  the progress of the initiative, hear success stories, and engage with the  organizations involved. Attendees will also gain insights into future plans and how  they can contribute to the ongoing success of The Connector.

“This event is a pivotal moment for our community,” said Kim Jones, President of the Community Foundation of West Georgia. “We are excited to share the impact that The Connector is having on our region and to discuss how we can continue  to work together to support those in need.”
