The Complex Training Center has moved from 2551 Ga Hwy 166 near the Triangle to 163 Hwy 113 N. This wrestling styled training center was started in July of 2013 near the Triangle. Trey, Alex, and Matt decided to offer their knowledge of wrestling and personal fitness to the area. With the growth of their business, Trey, Alex, and Matt moved locations to a bigger facility just north of Carrollton off Hwy 113.
