Newnan Celebrates 4th of July with the Annual Parade

Join us downtown to celebrate Independence Day during the 4th of July Parade on Sunday, July 4th 2021. The Parade will begin at Veteran’s Memorial Park (Temple Avenue Park) at 4:00 pm, and will end at Long Place.

Main Street Newnan welcomes all interested participants to register on www.mainstreetnewnan.com Registration is required for participants that intend to use a motorized vehicle, and participation is cost free. It is highly recommended that walking groups register in order to receive informational updates. Walkers should report to the Veteran’s Memorial Park on Temple Ave. Floats will be staged at a different location and must be registered by June 23rd to participate.

Free public parking is available along downtown streets, and in the City of Newnan’s Public Parking Lots located at: 13 Lagrange Street, 25 Lagrange Street, 22 Spring Street, 6 First Avenue, 50 East Broad Street, 65 East Broad Street, 41 East Washington Street, and 22 East Broad Street.
