A new Xfinity retail store is planned for Peachtree City, with build-out work now underway at McDuff Crossing.
The store will be located next to The UPS Store in Suite 2802. According to a permit pulled by the City of Peachtree City, the project includes interior tenant improvements for a new Xfinity retail tenant moving into an existing space.
The scope of work includes electrical, plumbing, and new 8-foot wall display fixtures. The permit lists the project value at $110,000.
Xfinity retail stores typically give customers a place to explore internet, mobile, television, and home technology services, along with equipment support and account assistance.
The addition of Xfinity will bring another national retail tenant to McDuff Crossing, a busy shopping center serving Peachtree City residents and nearby communities. An opening date has not yet been announced.
