Signs of Demolition to Begin Soon On Bullsboro Retail Building

Signs have been removed from a Newnan retail building in what appears to be the first step in demolition and reconstruction slated for the location. Back in September, we first reported plans for the facility on Bullsboro Drive that housed Starbucks Coffee to be completely overhauled and reinforced that with a story in December that announced the project was expected to begin early this year. On Friday The City Menus noted that all signage, including the Starbucks Coffee sign, have been removed from the building.

As we previously reported, the newly constructed building will be anchored by a brand new Starbucks that will include a redesigned drive-thru and expanded outdoor patio space. Originally the additional space was slated to be sectioned off for three tenants; however, with the signing of Sleep Number as a tenant it appears they will take all three of those spaces.

Those looking for their Starbucks fix during the upcoming overhaul can visit the other Bullsboro location near the Newnan Pavilion Shopping Center next to Chipotle.
